Brussels College Night 2017

Press Release: Brussels College Night 2017

The Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States, Belgium and Luxembourg announces the thirty-third annual Brussels College Night to be held on 2 October 2017 at St. John’s International School in Waterloo, Belgium.

Now in its thirty-third year, Brussels College Night is the only U.S.-focused college fair in Belgium. The event provides high school students from across Belgium with unparalleled access to representatives from over 50 U.S. universities and American-accredited universities in Europe in order to help secondary school students and families learn about higher education opportunities in the United States. The fair is attended by over 500 students, families, and educators annually. A full list of universities attending the fair is available online at

The fair will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Monday 2 October 2017 at St. John’s International School (Drève Richelle 146, B-1410 Waterloo). The event will begin with an optional informational panel from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

High school guidance counselors and international mobility officers from Belgian universities and university colleges are also invited to attend a post-fair reception with the U.S. admissions representatives to learn more about advising students interested in studying in the U.S. and to increase U.S.-Belgian educational partnerships.

Attendance at the fair is free, and pre-registration is not required for students, families, or teachers/counselors attending the fair. Those interested in receiving more information about the event, including last-minute reminders and a digital copy of the event brochure, should register online at or visit for more information.
